Today we give you information on two well-known business personalities Nicole Junkermann and Ugo Brachetti Peretti. Nicole Junkermann is the founder of NJF Holdings, an entrepreneur ruling the international business space as well as an investor. She is the wife of Ferdinando Brachetti Peretti who is chairman and CEO of API group. Ugo Maria Brachetti Peretti, the brother of Ferdinando is a businessman hailing from Italy. He has been serving as the chairperson of the API group since the year 2007.
Nicole Junkermann is the daughter of the famous businessman Heinz Junkermann and just like her father she has devoted her life to build diverse networks through her business mostly in and around Europe. Many of her investments are in the tech companies and she has been able to build her private equity fund on sports. She originally hails from London, but is a multilingual speaker. She has stayed in different parts of the world including Europe, Asia and the USA where she has been able to build ties and invest in multiple companies dealing with real estate, venture capital as well as private equity funds.
She graduated from the International University of Monaco in the year 1998 where she earned a degree of Bachelor Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Junkermann is also the co-founder of an online Football gaming portal which is called Winamax. The world’s first private equity fund which solely focuses on sports has been built by Junkermann in 2007, known as United in Sports. NJF Investments is the primary source through which she has invested in multiple companies across different verticals. Her company has been credited of amassing over 30 different companies, within its portfolio.
Although she launched her career in sports after her graduation, she has been able to diversify across server sectors like art, tech, real estate, which allowed her to gather a broader and deeper understanding of the international business market. For a period of 9 years starting from 2002, Junkermann held the position of strategic investor and vice chairperson of Infront, a company focusing on sports and media which had later been sold to Bridgepoint. Junkermann has also invested in companies working across the fields of artificial intelligence, virtual reality, genomics, and robotics.

In 2019, Junkermann made it as one of the members of the United Kingdom Healthtech Advisory Board. The chairperson of this board is Ben Gold race, and it had been created to aid the UK government in its aim of achieving a transformation in the technological uses across the NHS. Several sources have suggested that her net worth is around $10 million.
Nicole Junkermann also holds a directorial role in the company Owkin, which deals with portfolio management. She joined and invested in the company in the year 2017 and ever since then she has been able to expand the growth of the company by leaps and bounds. Her collaboration with companies like JJ collection, Tate America’s Foundation, and Trilantic Europe, among others have proven to be beneficial where the companies have been able to witness an incredible amount of growth.

Her endeavors in philanthropy come from JJ Collection, which has been founded with the purpose of extending support to Latin American artists. She is also a part of a socio-political art collection which is known as The Nichole Brachetti Peretti Collection. She spends a major chunk of her income on humanitarian causes. Junkermann has made her name among the top businesswomen in the world and has been able to inspire a huge mass of followers.
Ugo Brachetti Peretti
Ugo Brachetti Peretti was born in the year 1965 on the 8th of July. He has been able to garner a lot of fame as an Italian oil executive.
He holds a lot of positions within the API group as a chairperson, vice-chairperson along with the advisory position. He also serves as a member of the board at UniCr of “Rome Industrial Union” as well as Unione Petrolifera. He was born in a business family where his father headed the Anonima Petroli Italiana (API) for a period of 30 years.
After the retirement of his father in the year 2007, he was appointed as the Chairperson of the API group. The API group had been established by his maternal grandfather whose name was Cavaliere Del Lavoro Ferdinando Peretti. Ugo’s mother Mila Peretti had served as the National Inspectress of the Italian Red Cross for more than thirty years. Ugo is married to Countess Isabella Borromeo Arese Taverna and the couple has three children namely Angera, Ludovico, and Federico. Ferdinando Brachetti Peretti is his brother.
Post 1990, Ugo started working as a manager in a company owned by his family where he, along with his brothers had 100% share. His journey at API has been a long one, wherein he has held multiple positions but in his initial years in the company he started operating the “downstream cycle”. This was followed by a lot of promotions and finally, in the year 2007 he became the chairperson of the API group.
As the chairman of the company, he has made massive efforts to strengthen the network of distribution and he also tried to improve the Falconara factory. Under his wings, the company has witnessed a massive amount of growth.
